  • Dr. Amrit Mattu

    FOUNDER/ LEAD PROVIDER

    Over the last ten years of my clinical practice of dentistry, I have found that building patient relationships are foundational in creating a good patient experience. In my opinion, education and Communication with patients is of utmost importance. 

    Over time as a dentist, my patient relationships have created my foundation for excellence as a provider. I aspire to become a positive addition to the Federal Way dental community and group of dentists who I revere and admire. Along with being involved with a growing dental clinic, I would like to establish myself as a clinical leader among dentists by improving my clinical education and being involved with the local
    dental society. 

    My treatment philosophy is based on long term care and doing the right thing at the right time for my patients. In the last ten years of practice, I have had two children, owned a practice, accrued multiple multidisciplinary CE hours and, among other accolades, I have achieved my FAGD award. With this said, I have plans to continuously grow and add value to my patient care.

    I am honored to be a part of the transition between Drs. Van, Cindy and myself; I would like to welcome back each of you as patients into the practice. As I write to you, I would like to take the time to thank you for trusting me to improve your oral health. I look forward to meeting and spending time with each and every one of you.

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Jazz Mattu is a devoted husband, loving father, and visionary entrepreneur whose life revolves around his family and the pursuit of excellence. He is deeply loyal to his loved ones, fostering a nurturing environment where his children are encouraged to strive for greatness. Jazz views his wife as his greatest inspiration, believing that her accomplishments not only enrich their lives but also serve as a testament to the power of dedication and hard work. She is truly his world.

    As a business leader and entrepreneur, Jazz embodies the spirit of the American dream, firmly believing that anyone, regardless of their background, can achieve remarkable success. He is passionate about helping others discover their purpose and guiding them as they grow into their fullest potential. At Aesthetic Dental, Jazz considers his team an extension of his family, striving to empower and inspire them in every way possible. His commitment to their growth reflects his belief that together, they can create something extraordinary.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Ingrid was born in Mexico City, but has been in Washington state since she was 7 years old. She has had the pleasure of working in dentistry since 2016. She loves to help her patients get their perfect smile and loves when her team gets encouraged and passionate about achieving the same goal. To make their patients experience an educational and enjoyable process.

    In her free time she enjoys going to church, reading, watching movies and going on walks with her dog bella.

    She believes the key to success is waking up every morning with a renewed mind not focusing on the past but walking in faith and trusting that you can always do and be better.

    As Aesthetic Dental Center manager her goal is that every patient finds a space where they feel comfortable and create great and trustworthy experiences.

  • Nicole Diaz

    PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR

    Nicole came to our practice as a patient first, introduced to Aesthetic Dental by her cousin Ingrid - after falling in love with our staff and sharing her expertise in Marketing & Public Relations, she offered her consulting services to the practice.

    Now, she is our in house PR Director, bringing the vision and culture of Dr. Mattu and Jazz to life, through all things branding! She strongly believes in the values and vision that ownership has placed She is passionate about ensuring that our patients and future patients, feel the sense of family and high end value that our practice has to offer!

    During her spare time, Nicole loves spending time with her family, traveling all across the world, and volunteering within her church. Her bubbly and outgoing personality, makes her easy to build relationships with anyone she meets.

    DENTAL HYGIENIST

    With more than 20 years of experience in dentistry, it is still such a privilege….to take care of patients’ oral health concerns. I love what I do, and I’m proud to give our patients the highest level of dental care.

    I feel lucky to be a part of a team that is so dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional dental experiences. I am here to help patients accomplish their goals in the most caring and understanding manner possible.

    Our dental team will treat you with the same respect and cooperation that we would want for ourselves.

    As a dental hygienist, I take great pride in my profession and enjoy working with my patients to ensure the highest quality of dental care.

    The maintenance or cosmetic improvements that I provide can change lives for the better, and that is what gives me personal satisfaction!

    In my spare time, I enjoy exploring Seattle (family activities), flying planes, and scuba diving.

    DENTAL HYGIENIST

    Originally from Winchester, KS, and growing up in Seattle, WA, I obtained my Dental Hygiene license in 2015 and later went on to receive my Bachelor of Science, from PIMA Medical Institute. 

    With a genuine commitment to enhancing the office culture in mind, I enjoy connecting with patients and educating them on the link between oral and systemic health. My dental goal for patients is to be their advocate and encourage healthy habits while making routine visits fun. 

    In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family biking, and traveling. An interesting fact about me is that one day I would love to perform a dental cleaning on a large exotic animal, such as a Tiger.

  • Brianna

    LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT

    Briana has been a dental assistant for 6 years. She was born and raised in Las Vegas but has been enjoying the PNW for the past year. 

    As a lead dental assistant she strives to maintain a happy and comfortable environment for her team and patients, hoping to relieve any dental anxiety and concerns. 

    In her spare time, she enjoys being in the sun and going to concerts.

  • Sherlyn

    DENTAL ASSISTANT

    Sherlyn was born and raised in Washington State. She is very proud of her Hispanic roots and enjoys helping the Hispanic community with her bilingual skills.

    She began her dental assisting career in 2021. She loves being able to help patients be secure about their smiles and seeing them leave with a positive experience. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends

  • Ruth

    PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

    Ruth was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. She graduated in 2019 with a degree in healthcare leadership from the University of Washington. 

    She is passionate about dentistry because it provides rewarding and challenging opportunities to help Aesthetic Dental Center families learn about their oral health and provide compassionate care. 

    When she is out of the office, she enjoys watching movies and going on new adventures with her husband and kids.

    PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

    Sarah grew up in a big family with parents that taught her the value of hard work. 

    She enjoys dentistry because of the innovative technology that helps us make the patients experience easy going and walking out with a big smile. 

    Outside of work she enjoys going to the gym, being out in nature and spending time with the people she loves the most!
